RTM for Gmail issues fixed (again)
Google rolled out a new version of Gmail’s code (again), and their code changes can affect parts of RTM for Gmail’s functionality. We’ve now updated the feature to use the new code (you may need to clear your cache and restart your browser if reloading Gmail doesn’t fix it).
Our new status page keeps track of all the different versions of Gmail’s code (and whether or not we’re supporting them yet). If you encounter issues with this feature in the future, please check this page to find out if your Gmail version is supported, and how to let us know if it’s not supported yet.

Reminders plus email and Twitter processing delays
Due to a power outage that unfortunately affected our reminder and email systems, some reminders that were scheduled to be sent in the last 4 hours were delayed. This issue affected all reminder methods (email, IM, SMS, Twitter, and the new Push Notifications for iPhone and iPod touch). We also experienced a temporary delay in processing tasks added via Twitter and sent in via email.
These issues have now been resolved: reminders are back on schedule, and any tasks added via email or Twitter during this period should now be appearing in your RTM account. We apologise for any inconvenience during this time.

Email processing delay
We experienced a temporary delay in processing tasks sent in via email earlier today. This has now been resolved, and any tasks emailed during this period will appear in your account shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Support for iPhone OS 3.0 Software Update
As many iPhone and iPod touch users are no doubt aware (and counting down to!), the iPhone OS 3.0 Software Update will be available from Apple today.
Due to the many technical changes in iPhone 3.0, we’ve submitted an updated version of the Remember The Milk app to Apple. This update improves stability and performance on the iPhone 3.0 software, and fixes some bugs that are specific to iPhone 3.0 (in particular, the “swipe to complete tasks” feature won’t work on iPhone 3.0 without the updated version of our app).
We’re currently waiting for our updated app to be approved by Apple and made available for download on the App Store; we’ll update this post as soon as it’s available (in the meantime, if the “swipe to complete” feature is critical to your workflow, you might wish to hold off on updating your iPhone to 3.0 for just a little bit :).
Update June 28: The update (1.1.0) has been approved and is available on the App Store. Upgrade away! :)

Twitter following issue
Some users of Remember The Milk for Twitter are receiving an “rtm does not follow you” error when attempting to direct message rtm.
This problem appears to be happening on Twitter’s side, and we’re in contact with the Twitter folks regarding this issue. We’ll post an update as soon as we know more; thanks for your patience!
Update: This issue is now resolved. Users may need to unfollow ‘rtm’ and then follow ‘rtm’ again.
