Russia changed its existing time zones on October 26, 2014.
Our latest Android release (3.0.20) updates time zone data for Russia, and fixes date and time issues in our Android app for users in these time zones.
If you're still seeing issues with dates and times in the web app, you may need to make sure that your OS is up-to-date.
