]]>If you try to complete one of the affected repeating tasks, the Tasks application on the BlackBerry will subsequently crash and freeze the device (requiring the device to be restarted).
We’ve reported the issue to BlackBerry developer RIM, who have acknowledged the issue with BlackBerry OS 4.5 and above, and will be dealing with this appropriately. Unfortunately, RIM has not been able to provide a workaround to prevent the Tasks application from crashing, so we cannot resolve this in MilkSync.
In the meantime, if you do encounter this issue with your version of the BlackBerry OS, the following steps are a way that you can workaround the issue to complete affected tasks on your device:
Alternatively, you might wish to complete your repeating tasks from the web app instead, or from the web-based mobile version on your BlackBerry.
We apologise for any inconvenience while we wait for RIM to resolve this issue with the OS.
]]>Unfortunately this update has introduced a bug into our iPhone app: it’s not possible to edit existing notes in the app on 3.1. (Creating new notes still works fine.)
We’re working on an updated version of our app to workaround this issue; we’ll update this post as soon as it’s available. We apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime. :(
Update Oct 13: We’re currently waiting for Apple to approve an update to the app that resolves this issue.
Update Oct 27: Apple has now approved our update (version 1.2.0) and it’s available on the App Store.
